Mrs. Jean Chiazor Anishere SAN FCIArb
President
Jean Chiazor Anishere, SAN is a distinguished maritime lawyer, Senior Advocate of Nigeria, and respected author of five volumes of Essays in Admiralty, published in the UK. She is the Editor-in-Chief of the Admiralty Law Reports of Nigeria (Vols. 1–20), a leading compendium of Nigerian admiralty judgments.
Called to the Nigerian Bar in 1986, she holds law and transport management degrees from Obafemi Awolowo University, the University of Lagos, and Ladoke Akintola University, with further certification in shipping from the UK.
She has served as a Maritime Legal Consultant to the Nigerian House of Representatives, trained NIMASA’s first Cabotage Enforcement Officers, and co-chaired the Nigerian Admiralty Law and Procedure Reform Committee (2020). A prominent figure in maritime and legal professional bodies, she is Principal Partner at Jean Chiazor & Partners, Lagos, and is listed in Who’s Who Legal Nigeria.

Sir Osuala Nwagbara - He is a member of various professional organisations including the Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators. He has delivered papers at various fora. He is a one-time Honorary Secretary of the Maritime Arbitrators Association of Nigeria and a partner in Obisike Chambers, a law firm in Lagos, Nigeria.

Mr. Bodunrin Adewole FCIarb is an experienced arbitration and ADR expert. He has actively been involved in mediation proceedings at the Lagos Multi-Door Court House. He is a partner in the law firm of Legal Direct Solicitors & Advocates. He is an approved Tutor and a Resource person of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. Mrs. Adedoyin Rhodes-Vivour SAN C.Arb

Adedoyin Rhodes-Vivour, lawyer and arbitrator (British Chevening Scholar) is a Chartered Arbitrator and Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb). She is a past Chairman of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, Nigerian Branch.
She is a Notary Public of Nigeria called to the Nigerian Bar in 1981 and took silk in 2019. She has practiced law for close to four decades and has significant experience in Maritime/Shipping Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution.
She is listed on the panel of various arbitration institutions and recognised in various publications including Who's Who Legal and Expert Guides as a leading international arbitrator.
She is a member of the International Chamber of Commerce Court of Arbitration and is a supporting member of the London Maritime arbitrators association.

He has served as an Arbitrator in many instances, represented clients in Commercial Arbitration and have also been involved in International Commercial Arbitration. He holds a Post-graduate Diploma in Maritime Law from the London Metropolitan University and another Post-graduate Diploma in International Commercial Arbitration from Queen Mary, University of London. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, UK.
